REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Due May 15, 2020
The Friends of the Historic Union Community Hall (501c(3)) filed organization is seeking technical assistance to determine the feasibility of purchasing and operating a historic property as a Community Events Center on Main Street in Union Oregon.

The Friends has received a grant for $5000.00. Proposals are being accepted until May 15, 2020 with work commencing June 1, 2020.The Mission of the Friends of The Historic Union Community Hall, Inc. shall be to: *Provide and Encourage Participation in Community events for all age groups *Support Community Charitable Efforts *Promote Community Educational Opportunities *Aid Community Art and Cultural Development *Extend Community Communications to City of Union Residents *Manage and Maintain the Historic Union Community Hall FacilitiesThe Proposed Scope of Work for the Friends of The Historic Union Community Hall Technical Assistance Project shall include but not be limited to the following items: *Design a Strategic Plan for The Friends of the Historic Union Community Hall a. establish program goals b. review marketing needs c. develop an overall budget d. review current business plan *Create an Operation Plan for The Friends of the Historic Union Community Hall a. Determine income potential b. review current operation plan *Design a Fundraising Plan for The Friends of the Historic Union Community Hall a. identify potential donors b. design possible granting sources c.  outline a capital campaign d. outline operational funding needs e. outline funding opportunities *Design/Enhance a Marketing Plan for The Friends of the Historic Union Community HallAll proposals should include allocated hours per activity.  Maximum funds available to be allocated shall not exceed $5000.00 Please submit your Proposal to:HistoricUnionCommunityHall@gmail.com.  Or you may call Cherie Kausler at 541-910-7048Thank you,Cherie Kausler-Secretary
